A four-night minimum rental and an additional non-refundable event fee of $2,000 are required. Renters must be 25 years or older. Quiet hours from 7 am to 10 pm The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.
