Up to 4 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed (2 on each floor) for an additional non-refundable fee of $400. Special events, including beachfront weddings, are welcome. A four-night minimum rental and an additional non-refundable event fee of $2,000 are required. Renters must be 25 years or older. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.
